Honor Society Interview.

The term ‘pearfect’ may not be found in the dictionary, but it is the only word to describe Honor Society. Michael Bruno, Andrew Lee, Jason Rosen, and Alex Noyes are four wholesome people who possess a burning passion for music. The word ‘pearfect’ not only describes them, but also brings in the smartest marketing idea yet, USA Pears sponsoring these four.

Honor Society was in Arizona October 14th, on their Fashionably Late Tour. The energy outside Martini Ranch was off the charts and the energy inside was even greater. Fans were doing the Honor Roll and singing outside the venue prior to the show. All the teens rushed in to make sure that Alex, Michael, Andrew, and Jason would see them as they rocked out. While talking with the guys before the show, they each had a different favorite song from their newly released Fashionably Late album. Alex loves ‘Here Comes Trouble’ because “it was one of the last songs we wrote and just holds some sentimental value.” Jason said that ‘Two Rebels' is probably his favorite song. Though Andrew’s favorite is constantly changing, at the time we spoke he loved ‘Why Didn’t I.’ Lastly, Michael was singing ‘My Own Way’ on the way out from sound check for us to uncover that to be his favorite. When asked about their musical goals, Michael gave the most simplistic and down to earth answer we have ever heard in an interview, “We’re so proud of Fashionably Late and we think it’s really a musical statement and our goal is just for as many people to hear it as possible.” Most bands give their long-term goal and say they want to be remembered forever. Michael, speaking for the band, just wants people to hear the music and formulate their own opinions.

Some people are ashamed of their families, but not these four. Michael said that they have been supportive since they were young and Alex humorously chimed in that they should stick to cheerleading and not try to sing. This message is significant, and any teen or child should always remember that family is there for support rather than embarrassment and deep down they are always proud.

Most fans always wonder if a band they meet will even remember whom they are, us included. Michael made it perfectly clear that even if you are to meet the guys just once they will most likely remember your name. He explained that all of the fans are special and that no one blends together. Therefore, to all fans of any celebrity, if you are yourself, the celebrity you meet just might remember your uniqueness!
