Our first winner of the Muscle Milk Teen Contest. Camille, of Seton Catholic Preparatory in Chandler, Arizona will be featured in a Muscle Milk Ad in an upcoming issue of azTeen Magazine. Will you be the next winner?

The Muscle Milk Teen is fit, active and ready to show off in an azTeen ad campaign the physique he or she has worked so hard for.

Fill out the entire form and upload a picture. Every issue of the 2010-2011 school year will feature a new MMT. Winning teens will be contacted via phone and email.
