azTeen Magazine LLC, its website and various publications are hereafter referred to as "azTeen". azTeen is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children, young people and adult readers of its magazine, publications and website. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how azTeen treats and handles personal identifiable information that is provided voluntarily by you with your specific knowledge and consent and collected via the azTeen website electronically or manually via azTeen Magazine.

Upon discovery of the minimum age violation, the person shall not be eligible to win contest prizes and such subscriptions shall be terminated.

All website and magazine articles are written by teenagers. Articles submitted to azTeen for publishing may or may not be published. If published, only the first name, last name, year of high school graduation and name of high school of the author will byline the article. When other personal names are used within a submitted article we require that the writer secure approval to use his or name in the article. Submission of the article indicates that such approval has been secured. In some cases writers include personal photos that support human interest in the article. By submitting photos, the writer confirms that approval has been secured to publish the photos with the article.

In addition, we may use information you provide us through emails, Q & A, and in response to polls for editorial purposes, and may use your name and any stories you provide us in articles published online and in our Magazine. Please be advised that any such submissions become the non-exclusive property of azTeen Magazine and may be used by azTeen for any lawful purpose. If you provide us with personal anecdotes, they may be attributed to you. azTeen Magazine can edit, rewrite, use, and reuse the content whether in its owned publications or other third party publication in either print or in websites. azTeen may or may not use your personal information including your name, likeness, photograph, and biographical information you provide, in any way and any media whether now known or invented in the future, with or without attribution, including publication in the Magazine, and in trade media, and advertising. Blogs, Video, Community Discussion Comments.
User generated posting to blogs, forums or other community boards that may be available on the azTeen websites or if you choose to upload photos, illustration, audio or video, you will be solely responsible for all generated content. You agree not to furnish postings to which you do not own the rights. You also agree and warrant that your user-generated postings and uploads will be true and accurate and further agree not to defame any person or invade any person's privacy and will not infringe the proprietary rights of any person. By providing user generated postings or uploads, you are giving azTeen the right to use such postings and image uploads in any manner azTeen so determines at its sole discretion. You further agree that any postings or uploads will be in good taste, family safe and children safe and that azTeen has no obligation to monitor or delete postings or image uploads.
